1. The Foundation (2 hours)
Discover what image and style are all about. Gain the awareness and some tools to create great first impressions. Discover what colours best match your physical appearance and your personality. Determine what ‘look’ will best express your desired message.
Topics covered: Physical colour and personal style analysis, wardrobe tips and needs assessment, grooming and style recommendations. A personalised colour swatch (value $99) is included.
For women, this session will include a review of your makeup collection and a makeup application tutorial (value $150). All Glow Cosmetics used are available for purchase.
Ideal for: An individual wanting to learn and implement some powerful colour and presentation strategies. This will either be an educational introduction to the world of image management or, for those with a certain amount of experience already, an opportunity to reassess your needs.
2. Foundation Plus (2.5 hours)
This combines some of the main elements from the Foundation and Professional Essentials packages to provide more of the basic tools required to remodel or refresh your image and style.
You get all the benefits and features of the Foundation package plus the Style e-Portfolio and Shopping Guide.
Ideal for: Any one who wants the basics well covered plus some extra assistance with wardrobe strategies and the right types of clothing to select.
3. Professional Essentials (4 hours) (can be extended to six hours).
This is when you can really start making some big changes. Explore and discover your own style and be inspired and amazed at how much easier life is when you know what you want and how to use the right tools.
Topics covered: Colour psychology and personal style analysis, wardrobe audit and needs analysis, grooming and product assessment, strategic dressing checklist, personal shopping advice, and personal branding recommendations.
Plus, if you extend to six hours, 1-2 topics of your own choice OR include a complete wardrobe organisation session!
Also included: A personalised colour swatch (value $99) and your personalised Style Portfolio with Shopping Guide (value $160).

4. Personal Branding — The Works (10 hours).
This is a tailor-made image development program. Phoenix will work with you to create the image you desire for success. In sessions delivered at your own pace, you will learn how to be in control of the messages you deliver — visual, verbal and non-verbal. This new knowledge will transform your professional and personal life.
Topics covered: You have a wide range of choices, including colour psychology and analysis, style assessment and expression, wardrobe strategies (six different units), grooming analysis and advice, communications, presentation skills, professional etiquette, Personal Feng Shui, and more.
Also included: A personalised colour swatch (value $99), a personalised Style Portfolio with Shopping Guide (value $160), and an Extended DISC Communication Profile (value $242).

5. Business and Personal Branding (10 hours minimum).
This package is aimed specifically at small business owners. It includes all the features and benefits of the Personal Branding package, plus units where we look at your business branding (e.g. business identity, professional presence and influence, defining your brand, strategies to enhance personal brand power, business premises and operations, target markets and attracting clients) and consider whether staff workshops are also needed.

6. Ongoing coaching
